Over on career.sg, the job posting is almost always available. But I don't think they are actively hiring all year round like some of the people mentioned here.

I submitted an application back in July last year and didn't hear anything from them. Tried again in January this year and got an interview. But was rejected.

To answer your question, they will not inform you if you did not get shortlisted for an interview. If you did attend an interview, they inform you of your outcome (be it selected or rejected).

This probably depends on the vacancies when people leave the organisation. If people don't leave or get promoted than probably no vacancies and the people who usually interview you are the people who will be ur future boss. Anyway during this covid-19 period, prepare for a long wait as PA is the one doing the mask distribution.. sanitiser distribution.. etc..

Outcome?

Hi, all.

During this past week, has anyone of us been offered the CM-post?

Thanks.

Im expect many will come apply Govt jobs in light of the retrenchment and economic downturn. Those in Govt sector are in safe haven. Look at SIA, redundancy of
Pilots n crews liao. Hope all the state owned companies mgmt can take a good look at themselves how overpaid they are now and how much they had destroyed value Over years..

The RC and CC seems to be very busy giving out masks, sanitizers and now the temporary fund. Are they still hiring more staff? Or will the turn over rate increases for this period? Anyone working at CC?

Rejected after interview on Dec. Now there’s another posting on April, should I apply again?

Yes, you can continue to apply. There is a high turn over rate of constituency managers and they are constantly lack of manpower. Do try and apply again.

On a contrary, PA took out the job listing for Constituency Manager on their career web page. Does anyone know if it happened before?

What's the path for a degree holder? How come there are some young DCD (early 30s) but some in mid to late 30s still a constituency mgr? Is it bcos the CEP is very low?

Can share the salary of CM and DCD? Wondering if this is a safe and stable path to embark on
