Can update here if they call back to offer you? I will do the same too! Thanks!

I have just joined PA. As CM in CO/CC. The job scope is hectic and your weekends will be burnt. I would suggest not to join CM, if possible. There are much better jobs than this. There are many talk only, eye power colleagues and egoist CD who are there for so long not based on merit but due to seniority.

I dont mind having my weekends burnt since I do not have commitments. I really enjoy event organizing and bonding with the residents but PA is not giving me a chance. Sigh.

Depends on how you see and use the experience to improve yourself. I've been and am a CM for 3 years at the ground and my passion for serving the community has only increased. Last year, I applied to LKYSPP with the hopes of learning more and adding value to this passion and I'm now studying and working at NUS and PA respectively.
So even if you have just joined, don't wallow in that. See the positives in the negative.
Good luck

Congrats!! When will you be signing the contract and are u taking up the offer? Since my interview was earlier than yours and no replies after my email, I will take it that they are rejecting me...

CM Interview (Feb)
Hi, everyone.
Has anyone attended any CM interview that was held in this month (Feb) so far? If so, would you share your experience?
Mine was basically a light-hearted but informative session. The main interviewer, in a generous and relaxed manner, shared realities and demands of the job. I have been concerned that my written responses might have been seeming long so, I am hoping that their main points will be read.
Thanks and all the best, everyone.
