Been over 1month since interview and still no updates. I emailed HR last week and they told me they are still considering. Does anybody know what are the chances of getting rejected after such a long wait?

I actually give them a call up after 2 weeks from interview as I have other offers.
So I just express my interest in the position and I needed a result from them as I have to decide on which offer to accept. One day after my call, they call back to offer me.

They offered you without a second interview? For my case, I emailed the HR 2 weeks after interview but was told it was still under consideration. Its been another 2 weeks since the email, do you think I should call/email HR?

Yes, they offer me without a second interview cause my CD was in the first interview. You can just call them to check with them.

I actually emailed the HR again but she did not reply. I’m afraid if I give them a call next week it would make me look desperate. Anyway thanks for the help!

Right now it is a busy period for the whole PA division, and its probably why HR did not reply. You can wait till after 9 Feb and see if they reply you again.

Oh right because of the chingay festival. Okay will wait for another week and see how it goes! Thanks!

Does PA send rejection email for unsuccessful candidates?

I’m the poster above you. When was your interview? Mine was last year and the HR did not reply to my follow up email. So I’m very curious if they will inform rejected candidates.
