Hi everyone, I recently got an internship at one of the banks, doing a data analytics role.

Does anyone have any tips on how to do it well? Hoping to secure a full-time role upon completing the internship. What should I read up on prior to starting the internship?

ask if they got headcount for conversion first. Later they don't offer conversion then you grind all for nothing....

lots of companies will actually come outright and tell u also

FAANG for example, Meta and Google have intern networking where they basically tell you whether they are hiring or not and to "align" expectations.

if u want work hard regardless of headcount, you're an idiot lol i dont know wtf to say

Agree, but considering dude wants to go for conversion, best to clarify on headcount early as that's crucial apart from his abilities.
