after close to 10 interviews for cloud/devops roles in last 6 weeks, only this SI offered me. same basic pay as current but lose on benefits - flexi, dependent coverage, no increase of leave after 1st year etc. but yeah, i get to learn on job while doing cloud/a little devops while getting paid. salary will review after 3mth probation though.
