Thought that AM ops grad program would have decent salary but was offered below 4k for the role. Would love to hear any insights regarding AM ops job prospects!

Are you serious. Below 4k for this academy.
Seems like it was a good decision for me to withdraw from assessment centre due to busy schedule. Was actually having second thoughts.

Is the academy the same pay as the grad programme? if its not, does anyone know how much the grad programme pays?

i know for the technology grad program was offered 4.5k. honestly was below market and i rejected. moved on to better offers. dk about the what ESG one.
