Local bank BO pay
Got an offer from a local bank for 11,550 base for a VP position. Currently AVP in a big foreign bank, no serious push factor. Just wondering if any kind soul could shed some light what’s the increment and bonus structure are in local bank and if worth it to make the move

Hello, I'm a fresh grad who is going to blue bank soon, can anyone advice how's the average yearly bonus for newbies over there? Supposedly to be getting sign-on bonus but I heard it was scrapped this year. So, wonder should I still go ahead or not without it.

Is this much much better (like at least 30% more) than your current package? If yes, then take lo. But be prepared for the volume. Local bank has many x the volume of foreign banks.

Where got such thing as sign on bonus for fresh grad in Singapore let alone local bank? You're a dime a dozen.

Blue bank with 5 sticks their title is inflated. VP = AVP. Coz they got VP then FVP then SVP then EVP then SEVP. Damn confusing
