bro, most ministries and stat boards, i believe, generally offer contract posts.. with a view to a perm conversion unless it's really a project-based job. if you perform averagely and meet expectations and not cock up, more often then not you would be granted a perm conversion

1) is it normal for a position to be offered as a contract role?
2) what’s the likelihood of conversion?
3) are there any terms to watch out for? Like probation period or certain privileges withheld until clearing probation?
