How much yearly salary increment have you received?

just curious, how much salary increment % have you guys received? like recently compared to 3-4 years ago.

My pay $5k then I received only $170 increment last year.

300 dollars. ok?

every year change job up 20% each time better then 3-4%

I know someone change job 3-4 time up around 1.5k salary over the course 2 years
from 3.9k to 5.5k

In Gov sector ... zero increment for last 10 yrs as hit the so-called ceiling. If govt is to revise my salary to cater to last 10 yrs inflation, it is most welcome.

3% is for inflation not increment time to hop!

3% annual increment... got total 6% when promoted..
