You go see VISA, Grab, Lazada, ShopBack job postings for fresh-grads. You'll see that their pay range are the same as their senior job postings.
Does that make sense? The senior job postings state they require 3-5 YOE, the fresh grads, 0 YOE, yet both same pay?
Nah. They just copy paste the salary range for the positions that they don't have data for and Nodeflair just crawls their page and puts it in a nice UI.

Also most of their salary info are ********. no proof, just anyhow submit and they will list it.
