Better secure another job and go right away/once you get fired, whichever comes first. Better be quick cos it's real. I was let go from side job all of a sudden (covid was the excuse, but the company boomed from it). All along I was worried cos they weren't giving me enough work to do. Then suddenly it came "without warning". The writing's on the wall dude.

Why should every month pay u salary? Biz is Biz , even if u are the boSs bff if u are unnecessary u need to go

If he lets u stay for friendship this Biz is not gonna make it far

Also, is really good to constantly be looking for opportunity even if u have a job

The Google says you will have lesser work but my work is less to begin with. Recently my immediate supervisor not happy with my work and I caught a glimpse of him speaking to the big boss behind closed door.

My hr is serving her notice at the moment, and they are recruiting another one to replace her. I guess maybe they are also trying to get another replacement for me at the same time.

Just now, I heard the big boss told the hr, 'regarding the interview....' He stopped short because I was sitting infront and maybe he didnt want me to hear.

Then he quietly talked to the hr in his room.

Was he trying to get me to leave ?

Pretty sure you can find a lot of jobs in banks. I used to work in one where the culture was absolute crap.

Decided to quit and be jobless for close to 3 months, before getting into another role in a foreign bank.
