Basic usually around 3-3.5K, Then got about 300 allowance
If u damn good, the commission make u huat.
Join only if u r a highly motivated individual who likes to do sales. Tons of cold call so get ready to get scolded by public.
In general is ok. I done both RM in bank and FA as a SEP before.
RM for bank just need to be thick skin and do cold call.
FA as a SEP, majority want you to do warm market. Will ruined ur R/S with friends and family
