Civil Service Bonus 2021 Year End

All civil servants will be getting one month bonus together with the usual 13th month bonus this year end. A total of 2 months this year end.

For the entire 2021, all civil servants will be getting a total guaranteed bonus of 2.3 months, excluding performance and other additional bonuses.

We understand that some civil servants can receive additionally up to 2-3 months of performance bonus, typically awarded in March. This means some civil servants may get up to 5.3 months of bonuses in total. Check out this Salary.sg Forums discussion thread:

Thanks to the post. Very happy that all government agencies have the bonus. It is also my pleasure to serve Singaporeans too. I m thankful that government give bonus despite covid period. Very very very happy. Very very grateful. Even without bonus, we still have a job during this period. Thank you xie xie government.
