Check your employment if you are still under stat board? Likely is yes and you won't get the year end bonus.

secondment is follow your initial stat board/ministry. so if back then you receive, even you seconded, you will still receive. benefits remain the same.

yes its always follow parent. the seconded agency is merely managing

If i join Ministry mid july this year, will my 13 mth & year end be pro-rated? Heard from others as long 3 mths in service, wont pro-rate. Anyone can advise? Thanks@
