Position is engineer
Working hours really depends on team, my team not so much.
1) Culture is 99.999% mandarin if your mandarin sucks you will hate it.
2) My team is new, so all colleagues/boss are in China so no hand holding if you are experienced and meet criteria 1) you will probably stay on because of 3)
3) Good renumeration + lots of benefits, freebies and whats not
4) They are actually quite good technically much better than gov agencies a lot to learn
If you can handle the above you will probably stay on, if you do not then you will leave less than 1 year.

They actually can read English but prefers to communicate in mandarin.
