Compilation of Civil service fresh grad pays!!
 

According to my knowledge, here are the pay rankings for the civil service companies (for fresh grads w 1st class):

Bonus - inclusive of 13th month, civil servant bonus, performance bonus
*Open secret men earn $400 more cuz of NS?... pay shown below for men

1. Govtech ($5.3 - $5.7K per month, avg 3/4 months bonus)
2. HTX ($5.2 - $5.6K per month, avg 3/4 months bonus)
3. DSO ($5.1- $5.5K per month, avg 4 months bonus)
4. DSTA ($5 - $5.4K per month, avg 4 months bonus)
4. MFA ($5 - $5.4K per month, avg 3 months bonus)
5. MAS ($4 - $4.3K per month, avg 3 months bonus)
x. MOF?
x. PMO?
x. Temasek?
x. GIC?

Apart from number 3, im not sure about the rest. Anyone care to add on or correct this list?

GovTech under which scheme? Big difference in pay across schemes

Im referring to the tech side. Not sure if TAP is the only scheme there, or they have other schemes as well. But can provide the salary range for the tech side

MX scheme (ministries) paying $3900 for male FCH. Also, I think NS difference is $200, not $400.

Yup! Im looking at the fresh grads tech programme

Temasek and GIC payscale can consistently hire front office folks laterally from investment banks. Payscale is very different.

EDMWers are well known bottom dwellers of society who are mad with the world

LTA Engineering ($4.7K per month, avg 3 months bonus)

PUB Engineer scheme fresh grad 4.4k per month avg 3 month bonus + engineer market adjustment 10-14k

Seems like GovTech pays the highest in whole of Govt?
