Normal for fast job offers?
Is it normal to go from scheduling an interview,going through the job interview and receiving the LOA within a week?
The account manager explains that the company is really keen to have me on board. My background is in the IT industry. Sorry, I'm still quite new in this industry so it's a little surprising for me.

Based on what u said it sounds like they want to scam u and frame u for breaching company contract and get you arrested. With the amazing details you provided about your company, we really think your best option is to run.

Normally takes 2 weeks for 1st interview, then another 2 weeks for 2nd interview and another 2 weeks for HR to process. Yours is really speed of light.
