Extended Management Executive Scheme
Hi guys, I've got a job offer from a statboard with 1year contract.
Does the "Starting Salary" means basic salary?
What does Annual Variable Component (AVC), Non-Pensionable Annual Allowance (NPAA) and Performance Bonus (PB) where applicable mean?
what does each bonus mean? and generally how many months each/in total?
also, do all statboard jobs start with 1year contracts?

It depends hows the job advert was posted.. if its really a contract post then after 1 yr they might or might not renew u for another year or convert u to perm.. but if the post is a permanant post then u start off nowadays on a 2 yr contract then convert to perm thereafter..
