ntu definitely does not pay well. and you don't need to dream about the 10% annual increment that was mentioned previously by another user. its a mere $100 increment per yr. And there is a bell-curve system within the performance appraisal, which means no matter how well one performs, someone must be at the bottom.

The quantum of increment depends on your performance. You can get more than $100. It's not so bad. But it's also nothing to shout about, if your base pay is low to begin with.

I was in NUS for 8 yrs and I didn't know there was no 13th month? There is 13 month and 1-2mth PB. My last day in NUS was 3 years ago.

Agreed, this is very good... most pte companies give around 1-3% annual increment and only banks will give more than what you mentioned
