Good graduate programs for fresh graduates

Hi,

What are some of the better graduate programs out there? Also, what are the pros and cons for these kind of programs?

Currently a final year student at a local uni studying mechanical engineering.
Appreciate any inputs! :)

Numbers there are inaccurate though. That’s what you get when any tdh can post anonymously.

@OP, cross reference last page figures with Glassdoor. Other things to consider: overseas exposure, intake size, size of company, mentorship and training provided etc.

Many banking employers are looking to hire non-banking students nowadays — for BO/MO and even FO roles (provided you have relevant FO internships; not as required for MO/BO). Try your luck at applying; with decent grades, a positive attitude, strong interest/motivation to succeed in banking (backed up with homework done on the industry), and some luck, you just might land yourself a banking MA position (even if with one of the local banks)! All the best ✌️

On the contrary, I can say the numbers there are pretty accurate. Somewhat outdated perhaps, but still within the ballpark. Grad program HR here.

Not saying everything there is inaccurate. Probably only 60%-70% within ballpark.
