Local insurance company: 15 days annual leave, $160/month flexible benefits, $100/month gym reimbursement for 1 year

MNC insurance broker: 18 days annual leave, $800 flexible benefits

Stat board: 21 days, $500 flexible benefits

I seem to have traded leave with flexible benefits lol.

I just checked MOM the minimum annual leave depends on how many years you have worked in the same company. It starts at minimum 7 days after working 3 months, and increased 1 every year until 14 days maximum.

Quite pathetic. Not sure why anyone wants to join this company.
That's depressing. After reading the STE thread, I think better avoid this company.

Wow, I used to be from a legacy American tech MNC in the storage industry and ST's benefits are actually similar to what they gave us. Salary was also lower as compared to the rest of the legacy tech coys. We got:

14 days AL (goes up to 18 days after >4 years)
1 month AWS
2 days child care leave
No birthday leave
$280 per year for health and wellness outside of medical (can be used for dental)
No RSUs (heard only senior management gets them)
No employee discounts
Yearly chance for an unplanned exit opportunity.

But we could claim reimbursement for further degree studies so I did my masters for the 2 years while I was in there and jumped ship to better opportunities. No bond too.

Base salary is better than ST, I heard some people working in ST for 20+ years, and only make 7-8K, quite miserable.
