It's a tech role.

It would be a more focused job scope, compared to my previous role. Would be applying my technical skills and knowledge in a different sector. Working hours are similar, on paper. Will only know when I get there!

This is just monthly base. If I compute the monthly with bonuses included, it would be:

Y: base monthly vs monthly with bonuses included
Y1: 3300 vs 3300
Y2: 3450 vs 4875
Y3: 3717 vs 5235
Y4: 4571 vs 6395
Y5: 6500 vs 7652

So I guess the pay jumps would not be quite as high between year 4 and 5 (40% increment on base, versus 20% increment on annual). But my previous sector had annual packages with low base, but high bonus. New sector has high base, and lower bonuses. Hence the huge differential in base salary. Hopefully I can perform well!
