2019 - 5000 (promotion)
2019 (mid) - 6500 (switched job)

Amazing progression especially your recent promotion! Could you share more about what your job scope is as an administrator in the public sector?

Hi, my work centers around strategic and business planning, enterprise risk management, and business continuity management. So there are various skills, such as stakeholder engagement, project management, senior leader engagement, and presentation required. Not an exhaustive list though.
However, administrators in PHIs can also deal with operations, IT, training, HR, finance, etc. Basically anything backend to public healthcare/outside of service delivery/execution, which falls to doctors and nurses.
