I know Kearney starts ~6k and OW AT 7.5k.

2017 3600
2018 4320 (promotion)
2019 4900/4400 (change industry to tech ops, took a pay cut)
2020 4700/7200 (change company, started grad school)
2021 8300 (change company), TC 120k

Most important milestone was joining tech in 2019 which opened more paths later on.
