July 2018 increment: $3250 (+1 mth bonus)
Jul 2019 increment: $4200 (+2 mth bonus)
Jan 2021 (increment delayed 6 months cos of poor economy): $4800 (+2 mth bonus)

Mar 2021 change job: $5300 (+4 mth bonus package)
