Local uni accounting grad, male, started with the typical Big 4 route with insane 15-hour work days.

2017: $3000
July 2018 increment: $3250 (+1 mth bonus)
Jul 2019 increment: $4200 (+2 mth bonus)
Jan 2021 (increment delayed 6 months cos of poor economy): $4800 (+2 mth bonus)

Mar 2021 change job: $5300 (+4 mth bonus package)

Congrats on the mammoth jump from 36k p.a to 85k p.a. within 4 years? Mind sharing how you snag your current job, which industry, what role?

My humble journey thus far:

2018 - 3100
2019 - 3600
2020 - 4250
2021 - 5500
2021 (new job) - 6500

Industry: Banking, non-MA regular farmer route

Previously was in a local firm. New role is foreign. Function wise it is within the retail/consumer WM space.
