MO guy here. I look down on sales people who can't get their sheet together complying with regulations, doing their own admin sheet for their clients and having to offload it to other teams like mine. pay you so much money for what when all you are is an empty vessel

But if they can get sales then no choice have to hire them lol. Not your choice, its the organization's choice.

People earning less will say no. People earning more wouldn’t care. But most importantly, Big 4 peeps pulling 70hrs every week on $8/hr would get mad.

random HR query

not sure if this fits here. does anyone know what the HR procedure is like for job applications in banking? i know they screen from the applicant pool, but do they interview every potential candidate before making a choice or they simply stop interviewing once they've found someone? thanks!

Big 4: mcdonalds, kfc, burger king, jollibee

Fking funny sia why u so perturbed HAHAHA

I worked in a sales department in Aon but im not doing sales. As the most junior i get saikang like sending DHL Mail, help my boss with his "computer problems". Was paid $4850, but last i check my fresh grad replacement got $5000 and the JD became even lesser. This is not even considered ops right, its worse? My core responsibilities is just to do billing and invoicing, which only takes a few days a month to do.
