Letís say we are talking about sales/RM roles in S&T and AM. Have you seen anyone lateral successfully from the BO to the FO?

Y1 4500
Y2 5000
Y3 8900 (double promotion)
Y4 10500 (promotion)

I have 5 NUS/NTU trainees under me. Make sure I tekan them!

Honestly it seems to me that thereís just this one pissed off local uni kid (NUS or not) going around replying to himself.

Anyway, I am earning ~6.5k/month in tech consulting. 4 YOE. Started at 3.8k.

Accenture. Why didnt count in the allowance? It is given to you every month without claiming anyway.

Thanks for sharing. Pretty good progression you got there, from 3.8k to 6.5k within 4 years, great work! Would you say this is pretty common/normal for tech consulting? Are you with a large mnc firm or sme?

Big tech consulting player (not Accenture though). I think im considered above average, was promoted twice (currently a team lead).
