Let’s say we are talking about sales/RM roles in S&T and AM. Have you seen anyone lateral successfully from the BO to the FO?

Honestly it seems to me that there’s just this one pissed off local uni kid ( NUS or not) going around replying to himself.
Anyway, I am earning ~6.5k/month in tech consulting. 4 YOE. Started at 3.8k.

Thanks for sharing. Pretty good progression you got there, from 3.8k to 6.5k within 4 years, great work! Would you say this is pretty common/normal for tech consulting? Are you with a large mnc firm or sme?

Big tech consulting player (not Accenture though). I think im considered above average, was promoted twice (currently a team lead).
