Local uni 2:2, data analyst

Local Uni 2nd Lower Computer Science grad, same company throughout.

2018: $4000
2019: $4800
2020: $7400 (Promotion)
2021: $8100

2018 Fresh grad with very bad coding skills I remember I don't even know how to use git command or any shell scripts. My friends in banks and grab earning > $5k for their starting salary.

2019 was the most hectic year for me as I "fresh grad" solo tanked 7 people workload because everyone else left, but the deadline still remain the same. I still remember in the meetings with my POs (YES more than 1) were sympathetic with me because I was the only developer.

2020 onwards after my promotion have work life balance. Life work in strange ways.

If base salary $1000.. $800 goes into ur bank acc, $200+170=$370 goes into cpf

This thread started with: “For those who graduated 2-5 years ago, curious to know how everyone is doing in terms of their salary.”

You blind or your simple mind cannot comprehend 2-5YOE salaries can be vastly different from 5, 10, 20 years ago? Maybe both?
