2019 4900/4400 (change industry to tech ops, took a pay cut)
2020 4700/7200 (change company, started grad school)
2021 8300 (change company), TC 120k
Most important milestone was joining tech in 2019 which opened more paths later on.

FAANG companies, non-tech role are mainly ops related roles in SG.
