3 months is the avg over my time here. Its my second job, first was a short contract. In a local bank so there isn't aws.

In the Tech field,

Y1. 5000 (Local Bank)
Y2. 5200 (Local Bank but pay freezed)
Y3. 7500 (Foreign Bank & switched to diff role)
Y3.5. 16000 (salary adjustment, (imho lucky break))
