Update: Just got a pay raise from 1.7k to 8.5k! My SIM-UOL cert is so useful!!!

y2 13.5k
y3 (A2A) 18k + promote bonus 25k

bonus ranges around 9 months

Hello, actual OP here, haha. I changed my job! New job comes with the pay jump + title improvement as well.
