v nice trajectory especially how you almost doubled your salary in just 2.5 years and then a further 25% jump after 1.5 years. Is this normal among your peers? Large bank or pure play PB?

I only worked in large PBs, ubs/cs/jpm etc. Its normal for amongst my peers who capitalized on the job openings. All the large and boutique PBs are undergoing KYC uplifting as regulators are becoming far more demanding following 1mdb. That's why demand for compliance personnel was sky high in recent years.

Just curious, are you this person with very shiok working hours? I calculated your annual income, should be >100k too.

I wish, I never had a role where I could leave before 6pm, that's pretty much unheard of in SG banks. But yea, wealth management is a pretty good industry to be in. Looking in this thread you can see how most people are stuck in a rut with stagnating salaries and pathetic increments. Some are even bitter and lashing out relentlessly, sad.

You can guess the company based on stock price. Now the price is 278$ per share, listed on NYSE
Making 600k+ per year, I was lucky
Given that the share price of SE has dropped more than 80% since this guy's post, what's the maximum that he could have made if he had sold his RSUs whenever possible?
