GS prog is actually not really a prog. It's just a term to hire new grads. It is no different from direct hires so don't expect much, much less a promotion after finishing prog.

Got an offer for 7.9k for a MO role in GS. I have 3.5 years of related exp and am currently drawing 6k. Thoughts? You guys reckon this a good deal given GS working hours will be longer and they no longer have WFH anymore?
