you probably accepted local bank MAP & just want to affirm your decision here repeatedly... pretty brainless question if you're comparing ops & ops, unless your MAP is FO. As much as everyone in the forum shits on ops (specifically GS ops), no one can deny that they pay well for ops function.

I have offers for Ops at GS, and graduate program at mnc.
Both pay $5k. Any advice which has better progression/ future? Should i work myself out at GS or shake my leg at MNC for same starting pay.
