NEED ADVICE!! LAZADA Business Intelligence Salary
 

Hi all!!

Has anyone experienced/worked for Lazada (or similar company like Shopee etc) with the position as Business Intelligence?

I am going to have my final round of interview with HRBP next week and I would like to know about the market salary rate for this position before she ask for my expected salary.

* I have 4 years of similar working experience in non startup company.

Lazada non-tech roles usually pay quite low. Starting salary for graduates is in the mid to high 3ks.

7-9k depending on skillsets

I'm currently in biz intelligence role in Lazada, my monthly package is 10.5k.

salary is higher cos 996.

I'm at 15k. Don't settle for less.

Shopee now bleeding so they offer u stocks instead. If you look at mycareerfuture, u know it is way lower than that. Their stocks are declining anyway.
