Hi all,

I will like to ask what are the salary expectations for a biostatistician/epidemiologist/statistician in the academia/gov/private sector for a fresh masters graduate without experience?

Local or foreign university? Foreign university unless Ivy League/ oxford/ Cambridge level, can forget about going in Government / gov-linked companies

Those express 2 yrs degree 8 mths masters. I think 2.5k. Go wash test tube clean toilet

foreign uni, non ivy-league and no scholarship. I do not mind not going into gov, academia/private is fine.

So many trolls here.
I happen to study biology at bachelor level in NUS. Went to UK for masters then PHD in bio engineering
Came back to Sg before COVID-19 last year and got in a private research firm as a contractor. I am drawing 5 digit per month now. Can’t share too much details because my field is very niche
