Question on notice period
If I join company on 5 Feb with probation period of 3 months. My contract states 3 weeks notice period during probation period and 6 weeks notice period after probation.
If i send resignation email on 4 May, do i need to serve 3 weeks or 6 weeks notice? or is 3 May safer? or should I send the email 3 weeks before 4 May (would 12 or 13 April be safer?) so that i only serve 3 weeks notice? |
ask HR safest. Anyway u leaving already. Dont make us scold u like a child
