If I join dbs as associate with 8 years experience in foreign bank, what's the expected range of pay?

8 years relevant exp should be VP/SVP range 14-25k depending on actual job.

DBS Associate rank pay range until 7-8k. If higher you should be getting AVP or higher rank. So if you are joining as an associate prolly up to 7-8k max.

Really? Associate so high range? I thought its lower rank in DBS.
My friend was telling me the pay won't be above 5k

I have 8 years exp but the post that I applied is analyst/ associate.
So wonder what would the range be...

Associate/Analyst is for fresh grads. Even a poor performer who stayed with DBS for 8 years would have gotten AVP now, you should be applying at least VP

Oh is it? But how come ppl here say can command up to 7-8k? Quite confused.
I actually went for interview with them already but not sure what's the outcome yet.
