Never heard of it. But there are rare cases where people are promoted mid-year cos they "suddenly" realized they weren't in the right band and fought via their bosses to get it. With the sentiment these days, I don't think people are going to do that. They will be happy with still having a job.

Hi, thanks for yr response. I work in this bank and can confirm that mid year increment n promotion happens every year. Not to everyone of course, but across a fairly large number of ppl across the entire bank. What I don't know and hope others can advise is if I get mid year increment, will I still get year end increment? Is it rare or doesn't happen? Thanks

Anyone in the top 20% tier can share how many mths bonus u received? Non-sales roles.

any idea around how much a fresh grad should get for an analyst role in the backend side like trade ops? talking about dbs here.
