so you manage to ask for 7.5k? for 10 years exp they offered a low 7k for me. However, I know they count as an annual package so even if they offered you mid 6k or same salary as your last drawn, the overall package should be higher than what you are drawing in pte.

government is a big place.
some orgs do more project/vendor management.
some orgs really do product work.
Even within the org, there are differences.
parking.sg, tracetogether are examples of work done exclusively inhouse.
