MX?

Think they are using scheme called "XT" e.g XT4, XT5, XT6 etc

Avoid if you want to be an individual contributor

Skills are not transferable
A lot of staff work especially associates
Most of the technical work is outsourced
Managers are non technical so if you want to code, let alone learn design patterns etc it's like working in an SME or worse
Have heard much better things about GovTech, certain parts of DSTA

1) How is the HTX Associate Programme interview like?

2) Anyone knows if they are open to graduates looking to go into project/product management?

HTX is the same thing as DSTA, MHA's version but less established. Same problems, just in a different form.

Join if you ok being a paper pusher and no other options in the crappy job market now. But long term career, highly not advisable.

I thought HTX has a division similar to DSO where there is more hands on engineering

Everyone at tech companies code
No one calls it "hands on engineering" except anyone who hasn't done enough of it to be hired elsewhere
