Do not join Big 4 Audit firm as a Software Developer
 

Please if you are a software developer or graduate from CS degree, please do not join Big 4 as software developer, it will ruin your career. Please have some self-respect. This is my sincere advice. Their strategy is outsource all of development work and keep only client facing in-house. You will be treated like a slave, asked to work on weekend and late at night. You are expected to OT everyday because it's their culture. After a long time with this firm, I have zero growth in my technical skills. You will work like a construction workers, sacrificing your life, your health and making big bosses filthy rich.

Anyway, you can join their tech consulting arm, it's lucrative.
