Hi all

I have passed the interview, but HR said still have to wait due to headcount matter.

do anyone knows what could be the reason?

Alot of reason.
Could be not approved by company
Or hiring freeze
Or need to wait for the existing staff to quit first before can onboard
Or they waiting for other candidate first
Or new management decided not to hire.
Or no assets....

I joined before they not ready. First few days no laptop etc.
