Why will google get outsourced testers in the first place... they have their own in house engineers...

Google/Facebook have tons of vendors and contractors for their contingent workforce. It’s quite common to see firms like PRO Unlimited / Cognizant / Capgemini / Infosys guys in these tech firms.
Pay is good. Training is well structured. Overall a very good opportunity for people fresh out of uni with no concrete tech experience. Only downside is like a couple of posts have highlighted earlier, you won’t be entitled to a lot of benefits given to in-house employees since you’re a contractor/vendor.
