Why will google get outsourced testers in the first place... they have their own in house engineers...

Pay is good. Training is well structured. Overall a very good opportunity for people fresh out of uni with no concrete tech experience. From what I heard from friend, most likely will be deployed to one of the local banks. Is is a good place to start? Pay I heard is high 3k... but no AWS/ bonus

DBS very easy to join through their seed program one. Base starting pay is 5k.
