Should I leave my company before they make my job redundant ?
My company has been acquiring new system to 'make life easier' in office. But I am just a support staff. If everything is made 'easier', my job will be redundant.
How do you know when is time to leave your company?

It's your choice.
Do you want to have another job ready for you to pick and choose.
Or wait until you are laid off then begin job hunt
