do you mean >6 mths bonus, inclusive of (AWS + personal performance PB), and the PB is more likely for an 'A' grader???

A "C" grader is unlikely to get (AWS + PB) >6mths............yes/no ????

this is my 3rd US MNC, previous 2 did give AWS, the current one dun, but they compensate it in monthly basic during negotiation..

Bonus wise.. when i was in consumer electornic the bonus typicall is about 1 month only, consumer margin is very thin..the current one should be better, yet to see..

not only oil and gas pay good bonus.. CM (contract manufacturer) also pay good bonus... one of the Singaore famous CM (Ven****) has been paying good bonus (5 to 13 months) only until last 2 years they cap to 2.5 months..because competition from Fle*..

But CM ...your life is determined by the customer request.. enuff say

my bonus very low.. 1 month only.. i am at the bottom of the pit.. but it seems like a bottomless pit.. my pay also kana cut......

i dont even have bonus, boss say if economy no good next year must cut aws also

Some idiot girl in my company say want to do present exchange during christmas by lucky draw and everyone need to buy something base on the list. I arrow to buy $30 face shop gift basket, knn already so poor no increment no bonus still have to waste money for such rubbish
