Mine 14k fresh grad start up... (10k basic, 4k equity per month)
Bonus will be divided into 50% Cash, 50% equity.
Terms and condition is equity given, shall be held at least 5 years before selling, otherwise will suffer a 30% haircut on the value. You may eventually quit the company before 5 years and sell the equity later. There is a monthly pricing on the equity if you were to sell, its relatively stable for the past year.
Programmer here.

U guys making too low at startups. First startup i joined after grad the cofounders told me if i bring in business and successfully implement it i get to keep 40% after deducting manpower. Of course the other 60% goes to them. So in turn after 6 months i earned about 637k. Of course the tax etc is hell. Plus now i cant even opt for BTO with my gf. So end up spending so much time hunting condos with all the middle aged people. Sian.
