Civil Service Bonus 2020 Year End

All civil servants will only be getting the usual 13th month bonus (NPAA/AWS) this year end. There will not be any AVC bonus payment, unlike in previous years.

Title is wrong. Should be changed to NO YEAR END BONUS for Civil Servants earning above $1400.

All of them are still getting the 13th month bonus. :)
